Ceres returns to Climate Week NYC in 2024, the largest annual global climate event of its kind, to offer a bold vision and expanded programming to inspire investors and companies to drive new solutions and accelerate action.  Â
The centerpiece of Ceres at Climate Week NYC 2024 is a two-day event at the Nest Climate Campus featuring a mainstage program and more than a dozen roundtables and sessions. Join us to hear how the private sector is taking action to limit global temperature rise in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement and accelerate the transition to a cleaner, more just, and sustainable economy. We will also showcase the most comprehensive investor call for government action, highlighting investors’ unified stance for a whole-of-government approach to our global threats.
Ceres at Climate Week is open to the media. Interested journalists must apply for The Nest media credentials, and once approved, they can register for Ceres at Climate Week. Â
“The convening comes at a critical juncture for the economy and the planet. The climate crisis, water scarcity and pollution, and nature and biodiversity loss pose growing financial risks to investment portfolios, business operations, supply chains, and the long-term stability of economies and markets. At Ceres at Climate Week, we will call for the urgent private sector action needed across the highest-emitting industries and the government action required at every level to limit global temperature rise in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement and avoid more catastrophic climate change.”
- Ceres CEO and President Mindy Lubber Â
