Vladimir works to implement Ceres' financial regulator strategy, which calls on major regulatory agencies in the United States, including the Federal Reserve, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and others to act on the climate crisis as a systemic financial risk.
Prior to Ceres, Vladimir interned for the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) in Geneva, the MIT D-Lab, and the Club de Madrid, a think tank based in Spain. His experiences working with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) implementation across sectors and regions have furthered his interest in the role of governments, regulators, and multilateral organizations in addressing today’s pressing climate challenges.
Vladimir graduated from Tufts University in 2020, with a B.A. in International Relations and Economics.
Born and raised in Ecuador, Vladimir is passionate about Latin American affairs, as well as international development and its intersection with climate and energy policy.
