Tamera leads strategic communications for the Ceres water team. She supports the Valuing Water Finance Initiative and other key efforts advancing investment and business practices protecting global freshwater supplies.
Before joining Ceres, Tamera was a reporter and freelance writer. Her work has appeared in the Steamboat Pilot & Today, the Denver Post, and other Colorado publications. Following her journalism career, she provided communications and marketing support to rural Community Health Centers and public health programs. She also worked as a communications specialist and public information officer for the City of Durango.
Tamera earned her Master’s Degree in Journalism at the University of Colorado Boulder. She lives in Southwest Colorado.
