Bob Rachofsky is a senior corporate partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in a New York City. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other corporate transactions, as well as public and private offerings of securities, securities disclosure and corporate governance matters generally. A recognized authority on corporate transactions in the financial services industry, Bob has written and spoken frequently on various legal topics including shareholder activism. He has been recognized by both Chambers USA and Super Lawyers as a leading practitioner. Bob graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was an editor of the Journal of Environmental Law, and Yale College.
Bob currently serves as Vice Chair of the board and head of the committee on directors of Environmental Advocates of New York, a not-for-profit based in Albany.
