Morgan is a Director at Ceres, where she leads partnerships with global investor networks to develop strategies and benchmarking frameworks that support investor engagement on climate-related risks and opportunities. She collaborates with Ceres' leading experts to equip investors with resources for more effectively measuring corporate progress on climate action and its role in long-term value creation.Â
Previously, Morgan worked with European investors at the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC), where she developed industry guides on climate risk management and investor guidance on climate policy and climate solutions across asset classes. She has also advised investment advisors and family offices on incorporating environmental factors into financial decision-making and authored engagement frameworks on corporate climate resilience.Â
Morgan holds a master’s degree in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Geography and International Business from San Francisco State University.Â
