Randi coordinates regulators, investors, and financial institutions to recognize and address climate-related risks and opportunities. She is passionate about climate finance solutions and helping to accelerate decarbonization.
Prior to joining Ceres in 2021, Randi led advocacy campaigns focused on decarbonizing pension and insurance portfolios. She directed outreach for Bob Massie’s 2018 gubernatorial race in Massachusetts. From 2002-2016 as Recycling Director for the City of Cambridge, she spearheaded curbside composting, single-stream recycling, and other waste reduction and public education campaigns that decreased trash tons by 35% citywide.
Randi received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Sociology from the University of Buffalo. She loves being outdoors, comedy, and cooking. Randi cycled over 300 miles in Climate Ride from Burlington to Bar Harbor in 2023, helping to raise awareness and funds to tackle the climate crisis.
