Kelly leads Ceres’ engagement in climate, clean energy and clean transportation policies for the Intermountain West.
Prior to joining Ceres, Kelly worked across the fields of parks and conservation, solar energy, international education, sustainable agriculture, and emergency management. She has lived and worked across the US, UK, Japan, Ghana, and Zambia, deeply informing her passion for a more sustainable and equitable future.
Kelly has a master's degree in Public Policy from the University of London, SOAS where she focused her research on climate disaster communications and energy policy change. She earned her B.A. in International Development Studies from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
