Kelly provides programmatic and research support for the Paris Aligned Investment Initiative, a global forum which mobilizes investors to align their practices with achieving net zero emissions. She also helps drive Ceres’ engagement with private equity investors through the Private Equity Working Group.
Prior to joining Ceres, Kelly worked for the Santa Barbara County Water Agency, where she coordinated regional water conservation and grant programs for local water districts. In addition, she spent two years as a client service specialist at Baker Ellis Asset Management, an investment advisory firm in Portland, OR. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and a master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB), where she was a Sustainable Water Markets Fellow.
