Kamsha collaborates and leads on streamlining Ceres' digital communications and marketing campaigns. Using her background in journalism, writing, editing and digital content management, Kamsha focuses on building relationships with teams to identify opportunities to align and market Ceres' programs.
Having recently joined Ceres in February 2022, Kamsha will also work alongside the organization's social and digital platform teams, internal communications and other team leaders to achieve Ceres' Strategic Plan.
Before joining Ceres, Kamsha was a lifestyle journalist for the Caribbean's largest publisher where she discovered and honed her culinary heritage writing skills. Kamsha also covered the UN General Assembly as the only journalist from a small island developing state and became a UN Volunteer in 2020 where she presented during the Global Technical Meeting.
Originally from Trinidad, Kamsha is an avid traveler, home-cook, animal welfare advocate and tries to live a sustainable lifestyle as much as possible.
She graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Communications, Media and PR from the University of Leicester, where she was also a member of the university's Professional Mentoring Programme as a Professional Mentor until 2021.
