Julia helps lead Ceres’ efforts with institutional investors to drive corporate action on addressing the most severe and systemic risks to freshwater resources around the globe.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Geoenvironmental Studies, Bachelor of Arts in History from Shippensburg University, and a Master’s in Sustainability from Chatham University. Previously she worked with non-profit, university, and government partners on sustainability projects. Most recently Julia worked for a water technology company where she led the company’s first corporate sustainability strategy, implemented net-zero emissions and water targets, and supported the organization in gaining corporate recognitions such as being listed in the Global 100 and the Terra Carta Seal.
In her free time Julia has served on various Boards including Chatham University Alumni Association, Allegheny Cleanways, and Pittsburgh Schweitzer Fellowship Advisory Board. Julia is an adjunct professor within the Falk School for Sustainability and the Environment at Chatham University.
