With a focus on individual and family foundation giving, Jillian manages a portfolio of major donors, works on fundraising and cultivation events, and concentrates on resource development efforts in the northwest to support Ceres’ advocacy for sustainability leadership.
Prior to joining Ceres, Jillian was Development Director for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where her responsibilities included management of the annual walk program, corporate partnerships, individual and planned giving, and advocacy. Previously, she worked in historic preservation and development for 6 years as Executive Director for the Albany County Historical Association. This included management of an 18th century historic house museum and its special collections. During that time, she also served on the Castleton Public Library Board.
Jillian has a B.A. in US History from State University of New York Albany and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from University of Southern Florida. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two children.
