Gabe conducts research and analysis on corporate engagement strategy and shareholder resolutions, supporting institutional investors in their stewardship work with portfolio companies. Gabe manages the evaluation of proxy voting outcomes addressing climate-related financial risk and prominent corporate governance issues.
Gabe brings to Ceres several years of program development and operations experience, as a consultant and from his work in the tourism management industry. He is an active member of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals For America) and is an editor and advisor for the sustainable tourism-focused Destination Stewardship Center. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson.
In his free time, Gabe enjoys backcountry skiing, hiking, canoeing, traveling, and cooking.
