As a manager on the Innovation and Evaluation team, Delilah works with program staff to document, measure, and articulate Ceres’ impacts. This work includes the development of systems and protocols to track, analyze, and report on Ceres’ programmatic work and operational effectiveness as well as the creation of organizational long-term goals and annual work plans.
Delilah joined Ceres in June 2020. Beforehand, she worked at NECEC (Northeast Clean Energy Council) in Boston, MA, assisting in marketing and communications, the City of Cambridge performing renewable energy and energy efficiency programmatic support, and the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP).
Delilah received her bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College in both Environmental Studies and French and was a scholar in the Goodwin-Niering Center for the Environment. She enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, biking around Boston, and playing guitar.
