In her role on the Company Network team, Courtney engages with companies to make the business case for the integration of environmental, social and governance factors into day-to-day corporate decision-making, core business strategies, and supply chains. Courtney serves as the relationship manager for member companies within the technology sector.Â
A key part of Courtney’s role is designing projects and facilitating conversations to address complex challenges in corporate sustainability. She often leads this work through individualized projects and collaborative multi-stakeholder dialogues. By engaging member companies in these ways, Courtney helps companies build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, work through solutions, create long-term value, and improve corporate performance on the journey to a sustainable, just, and low-carbon economy.Â
Prior to joining Ceres, Courtney worked in both the US and Australia as an environmental consultant for Ramboll, addressing a broad range of topics including environmental health and safety, environmental due diligence, and risk management. Courtney’s experience also includes time as consultant and facilitator for a start-up where she helped to deliver systemic change by elevating youth voices and facilitative discussion around the future of work and human rights in New South Wales, Australia.
Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in Geological and Environmental Sciences from Northeastern University.
