Clausell provides logistical, research and writing support for Ceres'Â efforts in climate and clean energy policies at the federal level.
Clausell joined Ceres after graduating from Carleton College in June 2019. He majored in chemistry with an emphasis on the atmosphere and analytical techniques. Â Before joining Ceres, Clausell interned as a policy analyst for the German-based renewable energy producer Saxovent GMBH, as a research assistant for an environmental Fulbright initiative in Ethiopia, and as an intern at the Environmental Defense Fund. His interests in both science and law drive his desire to implement science-based policy.
