Cat provides strategic HR support emphasizing people-focused initiatives, internal policy, employee relations and other key priorities.
Cat joins Ceres with more than a decade of strategic human resources experience in both private and public sectors. She is personally and professionally passionate about cultivating sustainable, equitable spaces where folks can thrive in their full, authentic identities. Cat holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and a Master of Public Administration, both from Ohio University. She also holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society of Human Resources Managers and is a trained mediator. Outside of her professional work, Cat is also a board member for the Survivor Advocacy Outreach Program.
Cat is a self-proclaimed data nerd who loves to discuss big, lofty ideas over coffee with folks who share her passion for community-building. She also enjoys hiking with her wife and kiddo, attempting to keep houseplants alive, traveling to water, and sharing in raucous laughter with anyone.
