Bolaji supports Ceres’ climate and energy work, with a principal focus on the Ambition 2030 initiative, coordinating private sector climate and clean energy leadership engagements with investors and companies to scale ambition across six focus sectors. In this role she also spearheads the development of her team's just and inclusive economies strategy.
Prior to joining Ceres in 2020, Bolaji held internship positions at the office of Massachusetts Senator Sonia Chang DĂaz, Fireflower Alternative Energy, and the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce. She was also involved in a directed study program with the Boston Public Health Commission examining the prevalence of environmental toxicants and a subsequent project with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection where she helped to analyze the spatial and economic feasibility of solar energy infrastructure at local brownfield sites.Â
Bolaji also has experience in community organizing and advocacy work through her fellowship with The Better Future Project, her role as a Youth Advisory Board member for Clean Water Action Massachusetts, and as a participant of the City of Boston’s Municipal Choice Aggregation Working Group.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Analysis & Policy and a Master’s in Energy & Environment from Boston University. Bolaji enjoys rollerblading, trees, and making soap.
