Allison McArdle

Allison supports engagements with Ceres Company Network members in the financial services sector. Allison works with these companies to integrate sustainability in their decision-making and business strategies, leveraging the Ceres Roadmap 2030. 

Prior to joining Ceres, Allison completed an internship on the shareholder advocacy team at Green Century Capital Management, where she supported improvements in corporate strategies surrounding emissions, plastic use, and deforestation. She also interned at the Worcester Regional Environmental Council, working to address food justice issues. 

Allison holds a BA in biology and environmental studies from the College of the Holy Cross and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Sustainability at Harvard University’s Extension School.
