The 2nd Global Sustainable Insurance Summit cosponsored by Ceres and the California Dept of Insurance is an in-person international multistakeholder event aimed at accelerating solutions that close protection gaps, strengthen climate resilience, and facilitate the transition to a sustainable economy. The Summit convenes a global audience of leading insurers, insurance regulators, and supervisors from various states and countries, as well as a diverse range of key stakeholders: risk officers, business leaders, consumer advocates, researchers, academics, public policy experts, and representatives from important economic sectors. It will cover critical topics such as climate adaptation, social and financial inclusion, economic and community resilience, nature-positive insurance, climate mitigation, and closing protection gaps.
